My name is Kyeongmi (its a tongue twister and all my friends call me Mia) I am a professional baker, chef, and a CIA alumni
I started gluten-free baking for my husband, Colin. He was diagnosed with an immune disease in 2015 and ever since then gluten has been one of the foods that gives him the most trouble. He was a professional chef as well and a big foodie. It was really hard for us being unable to enjoy delicious baked goods together, or that he couldn't be my executive tester for my new desserts. So here I am now making gluten-free treats, and I wish for all those with or without food allergies to be able to enjoy these amazing baked goods that bring us back home every time we eat them...
